Started a new contract with Cell C, 1. complained about calls being missed, Calls dropped and the only reply "someone will contact you". 2. Report poor coverage in Randburg, Fourways, Kyalami, Cape Town, Woester, Caledon, Lesotho and Kenya with the same reply someone will contact me. I continued to calmly report my problems with the same poor reply. Finally the guy who own the store in Fourways Mall made contact with me when I applied to cancel the contract. He understood my delema and was so surprised and promised to cancel my contract, this has not happened yet and its been 15 days, not to mention the 4 months of complaining and following the correct process. Now it's time to report this on HELLO PETER, but I see I'm not alone and new subscribers should visit Hello Peter before signing up will CELL C as the blatantly on national television!! :-(
