I laid a claim with pinnaclemarketing 24hour mobility on the 30 of April 2013 and i recieved an sms informing me that i will recieve feed back within 24 hours, ive been waiting for a form of notification from them till now 6 May 2013 . I even took the liberty of calling them where i was sent from pillar to post with a promise of being contacted later on. I tried calling mtn the service provider that sold me this insurance policy and they have distant them self from them, what made me sad is that i MTN offered me this insurance and when i tried making a claim i was told i need to call some 0861 number with my airtime and fax with my money. i dnt know what happening im still with out a phone and still No reply.
