24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Pathetic service

On the 28 Sept 2013 I had a car accident and as I was talking to the insurance people my phone fell and the screen was smashed, I went to MTN Menlyn where I was helped by this other lady and she looked at their system and told me I didn't have insurance, on the 20th October as my debit orders were going through there was 1 that I couldn't identify, I called the number only to find it was 24HOUR Mobility, a guy called Sibusiso was assisting me I explained the situation and told him I took my phone else where to be fixed and he asked me to fill in the claim form and attach the reciept of how much it cost. Later on that day Kagiso called me to say the company was not going fix or pay my phone cause the debit order for Oct has bounced, I drew up a statement and emailed it to both Kagiso and Sibusiso and I never heard from them since then, I called Sibisiso on this 0113751800 cause that's the number he was calling me from and I was sent from pillar to post for 22minutes and never got any help, it's been 2months already and still the company is taking my money and refuse to give me service
