I have a Problem with the account that I have at African Bank. I took a loan and have been paying ever since and now the problem came when I took a break in my payment. This break was offered by them (African Bank) and I took it. now they did not deduct in April, I don't know the reason behind that. I was phoned on Monday and they said they will deduct the money for April and May of which now it has inconvenienced me because other debit orders did not get any money and now I am behind on my payments and I don't have any money now to try and pay my accounts.
Can you please find out for me why they did not get any money in April whereas there was money.
