I booked my move a month in advance and gave them the date that I will have access to the property. They phoned twice claiming that the technicians tried to phone me. I explained that I do not own the property and only on the 2/05 will I be able to give them access. They cancel my existing line. A very kind lady then rebooked my order after it was canseld twice. The technician then came over to do installation11/05. He left after saying that a different technician will come finish as something is wrong (He also didn't know its a adsl line he wanted to install a telephone) I started phoning Telkom to hear what was wrong (Had a phew rude people) Then I got my new bill!!! Charging me full price... I phoned and asked what's going on. My old number has been canseld so I could not log a dispute on the website... Phoned from my cell. (over 200 airtime gone... just being transferred from one section to another. No number so I could not use the quick directory) Went to my direct shop spoke to a man there and asked whats going on. He said the cable is damaged. Gr8. I asked about my bill he said to phone or go to the shop. I have been phoneing and I will now not do anything further!! 22/05
