I live in Sonstraal Heights, Durbanville, Western Cape. Suburb is about 12 years old in area where my house is. in the past several complaints were made via Vodacoms call centre. sometimes up to 3 weeks without propper service and hardly no reception... the indicator shows from gsm to edgs to 3g... but no websites can be open neither on laptop nor any calls can be made from phone. Got 10 contracts with Vodacom, account sometimes upto 3 to 4 thousand rand per month. Sick and tired of no service, using up all data for nothing, no downloads, benificiaries can be created on banks. Is this the way forward??? if so, please release me from my contracts!!!
