AFTER ACTION NO SATISFACTION

After complaining about my Uncapped service being put on soft cap after i downloaded too much bandwidth, i received a call explaining to me that it is Telkoms practice to restrict people if they have downloaded more than the accepted amount (the amount could'nt be specified)-now the logical assumption is that this amount starts at zero at the beginning of a month and then somewhere towards the end of the month you use too much and are throttled -well at midnight at the end of last month (April) i reset my download meter and when i hit 40 gigs earlier today on the 5th of my May i have been soft capped again -now 40 gigs is not a lot even I-Burst gives you till about 120 gigs before they throttle you. Now where is the 1 meg uncapped contract that i have verbally agreed to, down the drain not worth the paper it was not written on, i will now endevour to tell and warn all my friends and Facebook contacts of this farce and if i see the end of this 2 years will give the modem phone and 1MEG " UNCAPPED" the boot i don't even want a call back -i just want people to read this and be warned!
