Unable to use any data services

I live in Witbank, Mpumalanga and am unable to use the Vodacom dongle for my laptop or my Samsung Tablet's data line!! This is not a new situation, it has been getting worse over the past 2 years. Now if I am paying for a service and I am not receiving it, that constitutes!! I have logged calls asking why this is and I am still waiting for an answer that makes sense! Vodacom can advertise what they want about being the top service provider blah, blah their sevice. All our phone contracts and data lines are with Vodacom and it is affecting my business!! Is Vodacom going to compensate me for the dropped calls to customers and the inability to connect to the internet and conduct business? They are quick to threaten with the Credit Bureau if you don't pay your accounts but they aren't quick to deliver the service. I am so sick and tired of this nonsense and don't see why we have to lower our standards or expectations because of this new South African attitude. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I will change service providers at the end of our contracts. I want an answer and I demand service.
