Misleading upgrade

I upgraded on the 22 of Feb 2013. I waited since last year Nov for the new Blackberry Z10.

When they phoned and said the phone is available I was sooooo happy. Yeah right!! Only till the first bill came. First they didn't take my BIS off and also my sms bundle that I had, which they said they would. So it was after numerous phone calls, visits to the shop etc. Hein phoned me today and said he is still waiting for someone to approve the credit but it will be done. OK

My big complaint is about the fact that I had to pay data fees for the week. It is unfair to me as I was on contract. No one said to me when I upgraded that I was going to pay data for a week.

I was misled thinking everything is ok when I walked out of the store.

Now after I complained, the people in the store made me feel, like I was the wrong one and that I am lying about everything.
