Visited the mobile communications branch at Gateway on 20 March 2013 to sign up for a data bundle. The data bundle was allocated to the wrong SIM. Eventually, after numerous visits, a SIM-swap was done on the 26 April 2013. When I received my bill a few days later, had been overcharged on that account for voice calls I had not made (in fact I had taken out a data bundle).
One cant get through to the store because the number is always engaged. Also the service centre has made me feel like a criminal and refuses for me to speak to the manager.
More than 2 months have passed and the issue is unresolved and I am not using the SIM because I fear that this is part of a /.
