Credit on Account not paid back since Dec 2012

Hi Had a contract with Nasua Mobile, which expired more than a year ago, By accident I deposited R500 into this account and Nasua acknowledged the deposit and credited my account I phoned Nasua, and Thabiso was the person who helped me, he requested proof on bank statement, that I deposited it as well as proof of banking details to repay me. I forwarded all info as requested, as I also did each and every month. This morning I received my newest statement still reflecting the R500 credit and no refund was made to date, All these companies are very eager to charge interest on overdue account, but can't even repay R500 and I am sure will not receive any interest on this. I just want my R500 back and tell the world not to do business with Nasua Mobile.
