On the 27th November my cell number was allocated to another person who is on a contract.. I was on prepaid with BIS and airtime on my phone. the BIS just stopped working at 14h00 and when I called MTN's 173 number, i was told that I have to sort it out with Nasua Mobile. I called Nasua Mobile who gave me another number to call that did not work.
I am lost for words as i was told yesterday that my number must have been out of service for three months and therefore it was reallocated. i dont get this as i was busy typing a BBM message when it just went of.
I want my number back as i had this number for the last three years. And MTN should sort this out and not tell me to sort it out.
