Firstly we I've moved from a topup 315 contract to a talk 240 they have removed me from call per second. On the topup 315 ive spnd no more that R500 a month. Now with the talk 240 they bill me more than R1000 a month for the same amount of phone calls.
Secondly whenever BIS is down they blame Vodacom / MTN. I am paying nasua mobile for a service which they cannot deliver. They also cannot provide a refund for the BIS time being lost. I cannot do my work as per normal from my phone without BIS.
This is how they treat their customers that has been with them for longer than 6 years.
