I have a Galaxcy Tab with a data contract from Nasua and a cell phone. This data account of R 129 pm has no voice or SMS capabilities. I suddenly saw at the end of June that there were R 580 airtime charges to this account and another R 240 in July. I have been to their offices 3 times and made many calls. They say that this is a wap service provider (Smartcall) which is charging me on a service I subscribed to and gave me a number to call this swap service provider. I never subscribed to any service or got any notification that I did. Nasua said they cancelled this wap service (I called Smartcall and did it too) but that I have to pay the R 580 or my entire account will be suspended. This money was. This is extortion to say the least. Both Nasua and MTN is extorting me and to add insult to injury I was charged another R 240 in July after this was cancelled by Nasua (so they say) and myself. I again went to their office in Pretoria and they cancelled the service for a second time. When I called (Smartcall or extortcall) they confirmed it. I have now asked them and Nasua 3 times for proof of this subscription and neither have been able to provide thiis proof. I am softloc
