The most despicable service eve

My account was overpaid - I deposited some money into the account and then they also ran a debit. this was after they told me they no longer had my account details after a few defaults. So i needed to start paying the money at the bank myself. Now, I had defaulted because at that point in time I never had a phone. I had taken my phone in for repairs and when I went to fetch it I discovered that that was not my phone. I took it back and I went three months without a phone. When it eventually came back I discovered the phone used to belong to someone called Sally. I returned it back and have been waiting since. now with regards the account, I received a statement dated 01/06/2013, which showed that there was R500.00 that needed to be credited back to my account. This is the amount which I had deposited into their account as per instruction that I needed to start depositing the money myself. Now I've sent countless E-MAIL messages to Tebogo Masango, who is my credit person at Nashua. Nothing has been done. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
