After a complaint I posted on on Hello Peter 3 weeks ago, I received two calls from MTN official promising to deliver my device, but still no luck. I have been with these service provider for a very long time and now I am really disappointed with the service I am getting if not the arrogant consultant by the name of Disebo in Ghandi Square, then the I get from MTN repairs centre.
The last person from repair centre called me on Monday, Dec the 2nd, promised that I will get my device on Tuesday the 3rd still no luck.
Please help me m extremely frustrated.
