I ordered a second phone through Cell C and did my application and it was approved, I then gave them a date that they could deliver the phone as I was due for an overseas business trip. They did not listen and tried to deliver the phone 3 times while I was away. After 2 weeks of being back in SA I have spent almost every day on the line with them trying to get them to deliver. Someone says they will call me back every time and then no one phones!! Someone then says they will send an email to someone to call me back... nothing happens!!! I am battling to try get a second phone out of them, its extremely unprofessional, incompetent and a complete waste of my time as I have to wait for 30-mins every time i call before some answers... ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!! I am now currently on the phone to their call centre... let's see what happens today...
