Not solved and not happy!!!

I upgraded in June 2012 from a Blackberry to a Sony Ericsson, for the last few months I have been billed for BIS and I do not understand why? Why they cant see I am not with BB anymore. I have also received a bill of R995.00. When I went to vodacom in Tygervalley, they were not very helpful, sitting and looking around. I went to the desk and questioned them about account, they cant answer why my data so high (Im on WiFi all the time - it is free) they told me it is my back ground data??? NOT sure how they work this out. I also haven't received a bill in the last 9 months, I have told them to post or email - NOTHING. I asked them about why my BIS is still active, they just looked at me. When I asked for help about my account they told me to go to another Vodacom - really!!! It has been 2 months and no one phoned or emailed back!
This is the worst service and - on their specials booklet they have advertised about excellent service - I think this is false advertising.
