Well Done Pauline

It has been over a year now since I got married and I have been dreading going into Telkom to change my surname. Today was finally the day and I arrive at Pavilion with my ID book and expected the worse. Pauline's friendly greeting (first surprise) was unexpected and I explained that I needed to change my surname and handed her my ID book. She said that I needed my marriage certificate as well. OH NO, I thought. Here we go. BUT to my (second) surprise, Pauline handed me her business card and said "e mail it through". Off she went and took a photocopy of my ID. Off I went and on arriving home, I e mailed through my marriage certificate. In no time at all (third surprise), I received a confirmation mail that my surname had been changed. WOW, what service. Well done Pauline, you are an asset to Telkom and made be believe in Telkom's service levels again.
