On 12 March we reported faulty Telkom phone lines. On 14th when we called they told us our reference number was allocated to somebody else but that they did have a fault record on our number. On 15 March we received an sms to tell us the fault was resolved. Nobody from Telkom has been here yet and the telephone is totally dead most of the time then suddenly works for a few minutes before going dead. Our Telkom Internet is also intermittent. Something is badly wrong with the service and nobody is looking at our problem.
