8ta continues to prove that they!!!

8ta goes and does it again!! Why the cant this company get this right!?!? Now they've disconnected my line and claim that my last debit order was February! What a bunch of BULLS@! *!! You took R2223.86 on the 25th of April you!! I confirmed this with my bank!!! I have spoken to a number of there who obviously have no clue of what the is going on!! I have today spoken to a Nobuntu Nqabeni who says that she will log a case with the collections dept., quite frankly i have no faith in anything that these say anymore! 8ta has been the biggest waste of time, and i dont plan on renewing my contract!! You guys are being paid to sit there and pick your fu*&@! noses instead of offering the service that people pay for!!
