Mom's Telephone line died. Fault was logged around the 6th (reference number lost).
Followed up on 13th January with SMS to 39510 - return SMS states fault already logged for this number. Follow up again on the 16th. Informed no fault had been logged. Fault logged again - Ref: 293CWK160114 KHANYI.
Followed up on 20th, told there is no supervisor, fault is in the queue, cannot explain why the first call is not listed but a supervisor would return call during the day - no return call.
Followed up on 21st, spoke to supervisor - told fault would be addressed during the course of the day. Technician Alan had been assigned.
Followed up again on 22nd. It is 2 hrs later, call centre not picking up, 25 min waiting for supervisor to come to the phone etc. and still no telephone. While typing I am still waiting on someone to pick up the phone.
