Last week Thursday I went to Edgar's Menlyn I was assisted by Hamilton and when he asked Grace for assistance I was surprised when she started to swear at me telling me how she is not going to authorize my exchange and she was busy helping other customers but she just went on and on swearing at me calling me all the names and even pointing her finger on me. All I want to know is this how Edcon treats their customers by allowing the staff to say anything they want to the customer, and now since this women was busy swearing at me what is going to happen to her?
