They phoned me for an upgrade on my data bundle, which I accepted. They did not tell me to wait 6 month before I can use the new dongle. when the account came I was bills for using the 2 gig. I phoned them to ask why they billed me incorrect. The lady told that they did not inform me that the upgrade was not in affect immediately. I asked her to correct is for me 5 months later nothing happened, they disconnect my service, then I phone to re-instate it. They don't tell you the terms and conditions as the consumer act require
