Billing without a cell phone

Lady with the name of Mala Moodley phone me on the 28th March, with a cell phone package. I was interested but ask her if I can keep my present number, "yes no problem". The phone arrives on the 3rd April with a new cell phone number, I contact her and the phone was sent back on the 4th April (courier service). Money was deducted from my account. I phone on Friday 3rd May with no luck (20 min) on the phone. Phone again today 6 May (35 min) on the phone. No luck. This is totally insane.
