Terrible service, trying to unlock my sim card

I cant explain how cross i am. I dread calling Nashua Mobile at any given day. They can never seem to do anything over the phone. why do they have phones then. I have called a few times and its always ended in me being furious and ending the call.

I called a few min ago. I "apparently" put my pin in to much on my Internet, so now it is blocked. Funny that because i set it as i don't need to to put a pin in every time i want to use my Internet. The lady then tells me that its blocked and I need to go into the store and fix it. I said but I have a puk number, she says yes and? I said well normally one would give the puk number to unlock the Sim. She says no you need to come and get a Sim swop. Why do I need a Sim swop, what is the puk number for then. just for show.

I don't understand why everything needs to be done in the store. I have to work as many people do and we cant keeping having to go into the store to go and fix things that should be able to be done over the phone.

Just thinking actually. Last month I apparently reach the the limit on my Internet, when i have never ever reached the limit. so for 2 weeks i never had Internet. Had to keep loading prepaid.
