Updated two of my contracts early May 2013. These deals included TV's. I understood that it will take some time because of the processes etc. It was said that it would take up to 3 weeks, so I was patient. Since then I have received one TV, this took over a month because of a suppose-to-be backlog. I already made a payment for my contract and I cant understand why I must beg to get updates on where my other TV is and when it will be delivered?! I was told that the consultant would get back to me, well after a few weeks, I'm still waiting for some sort of correspondence.
