Poor service from a leading cellular company. My blackberry was given in twice for repairs but I still have no joy. I was told the phone is liquid damaged. You need to show me proof of water damage because this phone was never exposed to water. Blackberry phone are usually troublesome so don't try to blame it on me. I need this problem resolved ASAP. I cannot suffer if there is so much competition out there. I have three contract with you and I don't appreciate this poor service. As a result of this I lost two months BBM subs and today I loaded R110 airtime and subscribed for BBM but my scroller does not work. This scroller only started freezing when I picked it up after the first repairs. Instead of fixing they cause more damages. I was always under the impression that vodacom was the best but I do not feel the same about Vodacom.
