Continued Billing after cancelation request
In December I submitted a cancellation of 4 contracts via the online form.
This was not accepted or tracked.
In January, I called in to port the number to another service provided but the numbers were not cancelled or put onto prepaid. I requested this to be done again and I sent mails to the customer services.
In March, three of the contracts were cancelled/put onto prepaid. Since then I have been trying to get the last contract cancelled and my money refunded. On each occasion I was told that a manager will contact me to resolve this issue. Up to today this has not happened and I had had to phone in again to have this done
This is terrible service and I would not recommend Autopage service.
