For 6 months in a row, cell c have been unhelpful in anything requested. They refuse to send a technician to come out and fix a problem we have had SINCE purchasing the product last year december. And instead direct us through the exact same protocol every time. With no outcome. Its ironic how they are more than willing to take our money every month.
