To whom it may concern,
I have had nothing but poor service from Neotel, I rarely use the phone and when I did go to use the phone I found out that the service was not even working and that it hadn't been working for some time. I then asked them for over 4 months on a constant basis (I have emails to prove it) to change my banking details. I threatened to close my account if they didn't move the banking details. Still Nothing. I then sent a letter stating that I wanted to close my account, They then moved my details. I still want to close my account and have sent a follow up e-mail, I get the automated response from Neotel telling me my email has been received and will receive a response. I still have not received a response for over 2 months.
I never thought I would say this but I would use Telkom over Neotel ANYDAY.
Please would you sort this out Neotel
