I have been running around like a headless chicken trying to get someone to assisst with cancellation of my contract. Why does MTN make taking up a contract so easy but cancellation and payment of one so difficult!? All I want to do is get a quote of what I owe but no one seems to be able to assisst with giving me a quote on what I owe or if this is possible! This is poor service that is really annoying me.
