When I signed up at FItstop Randfontein we specifically asked Vincent about the cancellation policy since we might move soon and wouldn't commit if cancellation would be a problem / too expensive penalty.
He said no problem you can cancel with a months notice and only pay R500 cancellation fee which we agreed to. We had all the reason to take his word for it since and I quote he was one of the owners of Fitstop.
We did not read through the contract (OUR MISTAKE) since Vincent explained the contract to us.
Turned out that Vincent was NOT one of the owners and that you lose 50% of the remaining months as a cancellation penalty as well as pay a R500 cancellation fee.
Now no one wants to help us and Vincent gets away with this since we don't have any one else who heard him spread his and false promises to bully us into a contract on terms that we did not agree to.
