I've sent through the cancellation request for my 3G data contract, notice period 1 November 2013, effective cancellation 30 November 2013. Unfortunately I didn't quote the cellphone number on the form, and I've received an email to request my ID number to assist. Everything was supplied, they've even sent me the number, to - listen to this - insert on the form and resend. This is ridiculous, all the info is available, why just not adhere to my request and cancel my contract.
