IBurst renews contract billing after 3 years

IBurst call centre called me 3 months ago asking about a renewal to which I asked to be removed from their list. Instead of removing me, they started a contract! knows how they can extract money as i never signed a debit order when i was a customer!! first R143 was debited on the 28/03/13 then R304 was debited on the 30/4/13. I have reversed both entries via my bank. I was given a cancellation reference but to no avail it seems - (751753 - as per Veliswe on the 2-4-2013 at around 10-15am)

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN FROM IBURST STOP THIS ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT... SAD SERVICE FROM A SAD COMPANY...
