Shocking Service and terrible help from the mngr

I bought a Samsung S4 I took the phone to autopage as this was the only place that could apparently cut cards, well to my disgust all they managed to do was totally destroy my phone.

The person who attended to me called paresh was not at all interested to help and while he was busy with a phone that costs R9000 he decided to tend to other customers and in that period of his extreme excitement in his job managed to break a brand new phone.

I asked him to sort it out and I am still waiting for a reply from him, I have called the manager of the branch and that was not of much help either as she was one sided in her responses. There was no attempt at resolving the problem from her side just a whole bunch of attitude and disrespect! And worst of all when I told her that I tried to call on Saturday I got told I don't ANSWER MY PHONE ON SATURDAYS? This is your manager??

I am bitterly disappointed in the service I received here I would not advise anyone to do business with these people as they don't care about their customers, and as we can all see their customer care is shocking! I have not got word to express this!

Training is needed in this operation before ill advise anyone to go
