No SMS service

I urgently need to advertise an AGM on 6th May. I have spent the last 3 days adding 250 numbers to my contact list to do this. When I start sending SMS's I keep getting an SMS not sent message. After waiting for 8 mins on the 123 service line, Nandipha tells me that VM upgraded their systems on 1st May, and lots of things aren't working, such as SMS, phone calls, and topups via banks.

These stuff ups have real world consequences people!
