I am shocked & disappointed with the 'service' I have received from Autopage. My husband dropped his cell phone off at the La Lucia branch on 25/11/12 (battery not charging). After almost 12 weeks, the issue was only resolved on 07/02/13!! On numerous occasions I followed up at branch level, called the call centre, spoke to supervisors & even e-mailed through queries & never received answers or responses to my complaints. Reference numbers I was given were invalid then next time I called & supervisors that promised to call back, never did. I always had to follow up. Basically it emerged that my husband's phone was given to someone else! This person was contacting family & friends on BBM!! When the customer supervisor finally called last week (he didn't even know what the problem was), he told my husband to pick up a new phone from the branch - it didn't even come in a box or with a charger! Shocking!! But this doesn't even come close to the poor service that we experienced... just an acknowledgement or apology for the problem would have been fine. Considering service is the only real difference between all the competition - Autopage is seriously lacking!!!
