This is my third complaint on hellopeter in past 2 months. Neotel is pathetic, period. Didi confirmed to me in writing that my service will be terminated on the 24th April 2013 and that i will be refunded monies owing to me. My service has not been terminated and i emailed her on Monday 29th April to enquire why but i have received no response till today. Can you please provide me with the contact details of your MD/CEO
