Recieving negative bills after contract terminated

Hi

I terminated my contract with Neotel around 3 years ago and I am still receiving a negative bill to the amount of R296.04 each and every month from Neotel.

I would like Neotel to pay me back the R296.04 that they owe me and stop sending me this negative bill every month.
