Unable to reach accounting services re query

I left a message yesterday for Coleen to get back to me regarding an irregularlty on our billing and what went off on our bank account. I was told that she was too busy to speak to me but would call me back.
One day later, she has not called. I call again, hold on for 30 minutes and get a voice mail to leave another message.

I need this resolved asap.
