Call centre a farce

I was contacted yesterday at around 0900 by Autopage and notified that I did still owe 60% of my bill, and that my line would be suspended because of this. This without any prior communication. I immediately committed to pay, and made the payment within 30min. Two hours later I got two sms's notifying me that I haven't paid yet.

I did make the mistake of not adding my number. I am busy talking to the 13th person at Autopage today, after sending two e-mails sending my payment confirmation.since 0900 this morning. This is now 1300. Here a just a few names:
Gayle, Nomhle, Tshepo, Nomasondani, Gayle again, Jackie, Gina, Marsha, Colin. The last two might just resolve this. Third e-mail sent.

How pathetic. I will admit that I made the initial mistake, but no one can seem to take the issue and resolve it.
