I have phoned the mtn call centre dozens of times and spent what feels like forever waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to tell me why I cannot get decent signal at my residents??? I can hardly make or receive calls never mind use the Internet!!! I have spoken to countless call centre agents and each one refers me to the next!!! I am sick and tired of this poor service if I cannot get a decent 3G signal at my house then mtn can cancel my contract and I will get a vodacom contract that does get 3G services at my house!!
