MIRA/MTN/BigMobile funds again!!

The number has been charged R10 per day since 28th Mar, for a service I neither subscribed to nor would ever wish to subscribe to. No service has been delivered, nor requested yet funds are being on a daily basis.
MTN says it is not their business YET they are the ones who extract money from my account. I have spoken to MTN to cancel, I have requested MIRA to cancel, but I NEVER approved this initially and I deserve and demand a refund. These are, and destroy the name of the whole industry.
If CNA start delivering some magazine through my letterbox can they charge me?? NO!! Yet without authorisation MTN/MIRA/Big Mobile are my money... These criminals should be shut down...

4.1.6. Where a customer is asked to confirm that they have read the terms and conditions of a service by means of a tick-box, this may not be ticked by default, but must require the customer to specifically click on the box to tick it.
6.2.13. For any transaction initiated via WAP, USSD, web-browsing, a link in an MMS or by an application:
If the transaction is billed at R10 or more, the member initiating this transaction must obtain specific confirmation etc
