My saga continues

After having thought that dealing with you for nearly 3 weeks about an incorrect statement that all is clear and you finally did what you were supposed to do, well what a surprise, I have a debit to my bank account which was not supposed to happen. I expect my money to be returned today or I will now take this further. Having to deal with you for 4 weeks and all you hear is "sorry for the inconvenience" is enough now!!!
