I am very dissatisfied with the service form Old Mutual I have a policy for my child in which they are supposed to debit an amount of R250 on the 20th of every month. to my surprise on the 16th of January 2014 i transfered money from my son's account to my cheque account anf they decided to debit that money. When I called them I spoke to a consultant by the name of Candice Lategan who told me something about the contractI have signed that grants them permission to debit my account whenever there is funds if there is a missed premium and says they cant reverse my funds as I am supposed to to go to the bank. I need the funds ASAP and I am at work how am i supposed to go to the bank. I wont go to the bank but I want my money and want them to cancel their policy I will take it out somewhere else where they value their customers and will not incovenience me.
