Good day.

On the 25th of November 2013 I received an sms stating that Credit Clear debited R266.33 from my account, then I had to call them and confirm it was an illegal debit, I was forced to go to the bank and que during my lunch break and get the statement, I emailed it and I had to call them and find out if they received the statement or not where as Carrol promised she will call. When I finally get to speak to them 1. They're not confirming that the debit was not supposed to go through but say they will refund it in 7 working days. This is money that I have to use for my child's groceries. I tried calling them to get a letter of confirmation that this was a wrong debit so I can take it to my bank so I can get a refund and met a gentleman called Andre who was rude and intimadating didnt help me at all. I DEMAND MYMONEY BY NO LATTER THAN THE 26th NOVEMBER 2013.
