Money was debited from my account for the second time after I cancelled with credit clear on the 25 September 2013, I wrote to hello Peter about the matter.after few weeks I got contacted by Sima who told me to send bank statement, I asked for her direct number that I can use after I sent bank statement but she said she's the one who will call once she get statement. I promised to send day after which I did, to my surprise it's almost 2 to 3 months waiting for my money and nothing yet from her.must I wait for another year to get my money back? no man, it did not take them a week to debit my money, why taking forever to refund? just refund my money and get out of my life, please
