I REFER TO THE BELOW MAILS IN RESPONSE TO MY POSTING ON HELLO PETER. HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM VODACOM SINCE 24 APRIL! BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL THE MONEY WHICH THEY BELIEVE I OWE VIA DEBIT ORDER DESPITE ME PUTTING A STOP ON THE DEBIT ORDER! NO SERVICE PROVIDED FOR 2 MONTHS BUT THEY STILL HAPPY TO DEDUCT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I THINK THERE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REVERT WITHIN 5 DAYS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, ANOTHER PROMISE BROKEN. I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM AGAIN. I REQUEST THAT MY MONEY BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY AND THAT MY CONTRACT BE CANCELLED - IS THIS TOO MUCH TOO ASK?
