On the 24th March 2013 I complained on Hello Peter about Cell C 's breach of contract. In response Cell C said Blanche will contact me, when she called she asked me to send her a copy of the faxed termination letter. I emailed her the letter on the 26 March via Cell C customer service email address. Blanche claimed not to have seen that email and asked me to resend the letter using her personal email, unfortunately it was deleted on the PC and then I retyped the letter using the original version, on receiving the email Blanche phoned to tell me that it is now that I am terminating the contract (look at the date of both letters). I tried to explain but she was so arrogant. Please receive both letters and check the dates.
